Experience
İnel, who experienced in the retail and production sector, In his undergraduate education, in the Organization Method department at Alarko Holding, in the sales department under the DOD brand at Doğuş Otomotiv before, has been working as an academic at Marmara University Faculty of Business Administration since 2008. İnel, served as the Administrative Affairs Coordinator of the Faculty of Business Administration between 2012 and 2015, served as a Research Assistant and a member of the faculty board of the Faculty of Business between May 2012–May 2015. He was the founding coordinator of Marmara Exam Center, which provides assessment and evaluation services to companies and institutions in the 2017–2020 period. In addition to being the Head of the Department of Business Analytics, he also lectures on Statistics, Quantitative Methods I, Information Technologies, Marketing Analytics, Project Management, Problem Solving Techniques, Simulation in Finance and Seminar. He serves as a referee in academic journals, thesis jury member and thesis advisor. He has international scientific articles and books on business development and retail performance. He gives training in his field of expertise and gives speeches to various institutions and national–international companies. He provides consultancy services in the field of expertise.

Strategy Development and Company Performance Analysis:
As a result of the creation of the company’s strategic plan in the field of life sciences, the design of the main business processes, and the writing of the procedures, an increase in 80% efficiency and sales volume of 113% were achieved in 1 year. Growth in Europe was achieved as a result of the creation of the strategic plan and the design of the company’s growth model for the biotechnology company. Growth was achieved as a result of determining the company strategy, designing performance metrics and establishing a tracking system for a retail company.
Operational Excellence:
With the redesign of the warehouse product collection process, the most efficient collection route was determined and the efficiency of the collection times was increased. Efficiency of the store product feeding process was increased by determining new store opening inventory. With the determination of effective order quantity, long-term planning capability, increased customer satisfaction and inventory cost minimization were achieved. In the retail store operation, an increase in process efficiency was achieved with business analysis, process design and implementation of the shift plan. Business analyzes were made in the production company, and with the work efficiency plan, low performance and unproductive areas were identified. Efficiency analysis of order processes, definition of business processes, creation of the norm staff plan and redesign of the supply chain plan in the retail on-site consumption company resulted in a 200% efficiency increase. With the process design for the product selection committee, more effective product selection was made and the efficiency of the committee increased.
Business Development:
By identifying customer groups through segmentation, marketing and sales actions were taken to the right customer. Store-based campaign management was applied by performing store segmentation with retail customer data. With the new campaign strategy design, sales and awareness increased according to customer trends. With the determination of city and store potential, the effectiveness of new store opening decisions was increased. Customer satisfaction increased and improved with the improvement of the customer relations complaint management system. With the design of the performance analysis system of product groups, product performance has been increased continuously.
